Protocols for On-site Worship

Social Distancing:

  •  Sanctuary will be set up for 50% capacity.

  •  Chairs in the sanctuary will be set up for social distancing.  Groups of two and four.  

  • The first two rows will be removed to keep social distancing guidelines for the worship team and the pastor.

  • Overflow seating will be set up in the Large Fellowship Hall for the time being.  Social distancing guidelines will be used in the set up for the Large Fellowship Hall also.


  • Greeters and servants will be wearing masks.

  • Masks are strongly encouraged for those who are attending. (CDC strongly recommends mask, but they are not required.)  If you are going to be singing, you must have a mask on to sing.

  • Congregants are encouraged to bring their own masks, but masks will be available.

  • Greeters will be stationed just inside each door to hand out masks to those who need them.  

  • There will be no hand shaking or greeting with contact.  Greeters will verbally greet everyone.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available inside the building doors and the entrance to the sanctuary.

  • Bathrooms will be cleaned/sanitized between services.  People who use the restrooms, there will be a bottle of sanitization spray and paper towels at the sink.  We ask that you spray and wipe the sink and faucet down when you are done.

  • There will be no beverages or food available for the time being. (You are allowed to bring your own beverage if you desire.)


Touchless Services:

  •  Greeting will be contact free.  

  • All doors will be propped open (minus the restrooms).

  • We will not be distributing printed bulletins.

  • Bibles and Hymnals have been removed for the time being.

  • We will not be doing welcome your neighbor during services.

  • Offering will be taken on stands at the exit of the sanctuary.  We will not be passing the plates.

  • Child busy bags will not be available.

  • Communion, when offered will include pre-packaged elements that will be handed out by a servant who is wearing gloves and a mask.

  • Baptisms will be done at the family’s discretion.
