Time Out

This group meets at the church the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM. The two-hour meetings include a time for fellowship, a light snack, an impromptu study(no preparation) and planning time.

Time-Out is actively involved within our church family and in the community. Our focus is community outreach and missions and sharing God's love. We regularly serve the Salvation Army and assist the Community Food Bank with the backpack program. We also work with the Heartland House, St. Francis House and Union Gospel Mission. We have sponsored "Christmas for the Troops" and various other Christmas projects. We support our youth through camp scholarships, financial support for mission trips and the youth meals. We also attempt to stay connected with our college students offering greetings and encouragement.

HyVee Cards/Perkins Cards

Women’s Time-Out sells Hy-Vee and Perkins gift cards on Sundays before and after second service.

Hy-Vee cards can be purchased in increments of $10, $25, $50, and $100 cards.

Perkins cards can be purchased in increments of $10 and $20.

5% of the amount sold is returned to Time-Out and is used for missions. These are a wonderful way to support missions by purchasing food and gas that will be needed anyway! These make wonderful gifts (college students really like them!) Please contact Sue Broveak for questions at 359-5601.
